Resources for Partners
Toolkits
Connect Kākou nonprofit partners play a crucial role in reaching and supporting communities throughout Hawaiʻi. We're developing specialized toolkits to enhance our capacity to work together to make a lasting impact. These toolkits provide materials to help partners effectively implement digital literacy programs, engage with community members, and contribute to our shared goal of connecting Hawaiʻi.
Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Our initiative regularly seeks partnerships with service providers to enhance our broadband infrastructure and digital literacy programs. Currently, there are no open Requests for Proposals (RFPs) available. We invite you to visit the University of Hawaiʻi website for future RFPs related to digital opportunity and infrastructure projects.
Challenge Process
The Challenge Process presents an opportunity for Hawaiʻi to develop a comprehensive overview of Internet access throughout the state. Nonprofits, Internet service providers, and government agencies will submit evidence through a map-based web portal to identify locations without access to high-speed Internet. Information from the Challenge Process will be used to deploy infrastructure to locations in the State where it is most needed. Register to participate in the Challenge Process >
